Is it really a Political witch hunt ?

Sonia Gandhi & Rahul Gandhi have aquired the property of National Herald by illegal means which is close to Rs.5500 crores.
Court has found prima facie evidence against all the accused.
On the other hand, the IT department has sent notice to Congress party as Congress gave interest free loan of Rs.90 cores to The Associated Journals Ltd (AJL) which used to publish "National Herald" news paper which they never recovered back.
According to IT law, the political parties can not use their funds for commercial purposes as they enjoy tax exemptions.
But Congress broke the rule here.
Now, if the court smells a scam here,
Why there should not any investigation in this case ?
Just because the accused are Gandhis who think they are above any law ??
Is it justified to call it a "Political witch hunt" if a crime is commited ?
