How to make Ginger #Tea ?
Boil two and a half cups of water along with ginger (1/2 inch piece), sugar ( 4 tbsp ) and aniseeds (1/2 tsp) in a deep pan. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes. Add the milk ( 1 1/2 cups) and bring the mixture to a boil again. Add tea powder (5 tsp) , cover and let the tea infuse for two to three minutes. Strain the tea and serve hot.
