THE VALUE OF THE PARENTS!
A couple of excellent academic, applied for the positionmanager of a large company.
He spent the first interview and the director made the last, taking the decision.
The director has found, through the curriculum, that their achievements academic were excellent all the way from the secondary to the research of graduate and there was a year that had not scored with a perfect score.
The director asked, "Did you have a purse in school?"
The young man replied, "no."

The Director asked the young man to show him their hands.The young Showed a pair of soft hands and perfect.
The director asked, "Have you ever helped her mother wash clothes?" - The Young replied: "Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. In addition, the laundry mother faster than me. "
The director said, "I have a request. Today, when I get back, check and clean hands of his mother and then come see me tomorrow morning. "
The young man felt that the chance of obtaining employment was high. When came home, he asked, happy, the mother to let him clean their hands. The mother thought it strange, I was happy, but with a mixture of feelings and showed his hands to his son.

That night, mother and son talked for a long time.
The next morning the young man went to the principal's office.
The director saw the tears in the eyes of the young man and asked, "Tell me, what he did and learned yesterday that in your house?"
The young man replied, "I wiped my hands of my mother and even just wash clothes left over. "
The director asked, "Please tell me what you felt."
The young man said "First, I now know what to value. Without my mother, I would not be a successful day.Second, the work and help my mother, only now realized how difficult and hard it is to have something ready. Thirdly, now appreciate the importance and value of a family relationship. "
The director said, "This is what I'm looking for a manager. I want recruit someone who can appreciate the assistance of others, a person who know the suffering of others to have things done and a person who does not put the money as his sole purpose in life. You're hired. "
Later, this young man worked hard and received the respect of their subordinates. All employees worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance has improved tremendously.
A child who had been protected and usually all that is wanted develop mentally and always put first. Ignore theefforts of their parents and when you start work, assume that all people should hear and when they become managers, not know the suffering of their employees and always blame others.For this type of people, who may be good academically may be successful for a while, but eventually will not feel the sense target attained. Moan, be full of hatred andfight for more.
If you're that kind of parents we are really showing love orwe are destroying our son?
You can let your child live in a big house, eat good meals,learn piano and watch TV on a large plasma TV. But whenmowing the lawn, please let him try it. Aftermeal, let him wash his plate with his brothers and sisters.Let him keep his toys and get your own bed.This is not because he has no money to hire a maid, butbecause he wants is to love and teach how to be. Whether he understands that no matter how rich their parents are, because one day it will aging, such as the mother of that young. The most important thing their children should understand is to appreciate the effort and experience oflearning difficulty and ability to work with others to do things.
